Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After much discussion they finally refunded in total.
Should have done it straight away away. Don’t give in.
Charged twice without notice. Only discovered when checking bank account.
Only one receipt received for one payment. Apparently, it is my fault because their system sometimes lags or has difficulty with internet connection. Well, I tried to book; it did not complete, so a minute later, I tried again and it completed.
So far, I have managed to get agreement for a refund of £5.00 but not the 75p booking fee. I believe their system is rigged in their favour to scam customers.

Rolling monthly payment issue
I am a monthly payer for the car park space at Tesco's Southbury Road, Enfield. I have missed my monthly payment and am trying to make that payment today. Can someone even advise me on how to do this, as I will need to use the space when I get home from work?

Total crap service, unable to contact after weeks an week trying, anybody reading this, do you self a favour avoid this company.
Your company is unable to respond to urgent requests. I am sick of trying to contact someone human for a very easy resolve.
Our customer service is disgusting.

Resolved: Impossible to contact them.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I paid twice in error.
Problem with parking payment system. I have received one payment back but could still get a fine which I would have to appeal against. Don’t give up! They are very difficult to contact without a booking id which I didn’t have.
I made one up so they emailed to advise it didn’t match my email address so the refund was rejected. However, the following day they did contact me again.
I paid for parking but the invoice came back with the wrong car reg on it. To ensure I wasnt fined I paid again, the same thing happened.
I definitely typed the correct one in so it is their error.
I have no booking id as it was a public car park so it is impossible to contact them online. Useless!

At no hime did I say I wanted to have my drive used and how on earth you going to pay when Ive not told you my card details ? Snd where the bell is a phone number to actually talk to someone

Sharp Practice
I was given a card from the parking rep on site when we realised we had mistakenly driven out of the car park without paying. She said I have 24 hours to contact them.
Spent most of 20/7 trying to get hold of someone. Eventually I got a whats app contact, it took over 30 minutes for him to reply & he answered to advise I needed to contact the 'enforcement company' to pursue. - I have heard nothing from them. Then today, I received an email from 'Your Parking Space' advising I cannot pay for past parking etc etc.
What I find annoying is that you cannot speak to anyone - presumably because most people contacting them will be extremely frustrated & you wouldnt want to risk having staff dealing with such calls. Also, why did the parking rep at the car park give me a card & tell me I had 24 hours to sort it - why bother to do that? We were back in the car park after about 2 minutes when we realised what we'd done. Why don't they have a barrier for licence plate recognition so you pay at exit?
I would conclude they dont want to do this because its a huge money making opportunity to just issue fines & make it impossible to contact them. I will not park in one of their carparks in future & I cannot understand how this can be allowed?

Awful service require a receipt and there's no support or help available. Should be provided at point of sale but not offered

Verified ReviewerCancel a booking and keep the money. Then refuse to respond to any correspondence. This is Fraud.
I made a car parking space booking for 3 nights. A week later I get a message saying it has been cancelled. They would take an admin fee and repay the rest.
1 why should I pay an admin fee if they have canceled it.
2 they have never refunded the money.
3 they never respond to any correspondence.
This is blatant fraud.
Do not use this company no mater how desperate you are for a carping space
You would be better off parking 5 miles away and walking they are that bad.
