I have contacted the Operations manager regarding the alleged parking offence at the Grosvenor Hotel in Stratford upon Avon, and I have been told to contact yourselves again. They told me that this matter should have been dealt with within the first 28 days of the offence.
Considering how long it took for you to contact me, this would have been impossible.
I contacted yourselves online before the alleged offence took place to inform you of a change to my three bookings, and your company failed to alter my booking, which I was unaware of. I have proof of my three bookings and will not be responsible for your failure.

I have now had to tell a young man who paid for a month that he can no longer park on my drive. They are ignoring him as well as he has now requested a refund, so we are both out of pocket. How can a company act this way and think they can get away with it? Please do not use. Dishonest to the core.

Unaware of change to parking payment
- - Dropped at Queen Victoria hospital 15:10, reg CA13BBY; no signs about payment; paid 17:20–21:30 though left 17:45; requests email that it's fair.
I'm a taxi, dropped customer at Queen Victoria hospital at 15.10, reg CA13BBY asked to wait, unaware I had to pay on arrival as no clear signage. I immediately paid when i realised this later, as payment methods had changed since my last visit, and paid from 17.20 until 21.30 so paid for far more time than I stayed as we left at 17.45.
So although the time frame is wrong, the amount paid was far more than the time waiting in the car park. Hopefully this is acceptable as there was a genuine mix up on my part.
Please email me to acknowledge receipt and that this is fair & acceptable. Many thanks.

Flat 14 has a booking with you already. The driver of the car claims that he has a booking for Flat 14s space for one month.
As he can not use flat 14 space which is already let by you, he is using my space.

- - In Hull, QR for weekly parking led to a full weekly charge, not just time parked.
- - No marked weekly space in the car park; owner sets weekly fee.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After contacting the car park owner, My parking space refunded the full charge. In addition the QR codes were removed.
I might but I will try to avoid them.
The QR code did say scan here for weekly parking, however once on the form, it appeared to be asking me what time I was leaving today. I therefore assumed that they would be only charged me for the time I had parked. I was wrong.
When I checked what I' had paid it was for the full week.
I contacted them via the app, their response was that the space I had paid for was specified by the owner a a weekly space. I asked as this was the case, could I return to the spot as often as I liked for a week, they said no.
To top things off, 25 mins prior to the time I'd put in as my exit time, they text to see if I'd like to extend my stay, for an extra charge!! I
I explained to them that it was a multi -storey car park with no space marked as a weekly spot. They basically said it was a weekly space commanding a weekly fee but you still have to specify when you are planning to leave. If you don't leave when you specify you will be charged more.
It makes no sense to me. A weekly space should be just that, expiring a week after you arrive.
It is a complete scam.
Yes, I should have checked the fee prior to confirming the booking, but why ask for a departure time if you are intending to charge for a week!! They passed the buck over to the space owner.
I've emailed the shopping center. It should be made clear that if you click on either the monthly or weekly QR codes, you will be charged a full month or week irrespective of the actual time you park.
Preferred solution: Make sure the pricing policy is clear

Your parking space charged me for a car I haven't had for over two years.I have tried everything and cannot get hold of them-all the phone numbers are invalid and the emails won't send, all the online forms don't work.The contact with them is non existent it seems designed in a way to make communication impossible- on purpose!!There is NO customer service!
This company is impossible to get hold of or speak to. They took money from my bank today for a car I haven't had for over two years.
I'm trying to get a refund, but nothing is working as far as contact—the phone numbers are all invalid, and the online form doesn't work. Seems to me to have been designed to be deliberately evasive!
