I am paying monthly for the parking space by the Holiday Inn Hotel near O2 since August 2022. Very often the car park is overflowing with cars. I arrive and there is no space for me to park. So I have to park illegally on the side and worry about my car, cancel plans. No control or service I am paying for. The worst is that costumer service is almost non-existent. No direct number to speak to. Only WhatsApp messages that they reply a few days later. It's very upsetting.

I have been left unable to pay for parking. The app insists that the car park is full. I am parked in the car park, it is very clearly not full. I am currently unable to return to the vehicle. I will now receive a penalty charge for having not paid. I cannot pay through the app. Customer service will get back to me in 24 hours. Not a lot of help.

Received final notice from Parkmaven The ticket was paid for on the 4/12/23 by phone for 3:50 and taken from my account on the 5:12:23.payment to yourparkingspace@ 11:48 My registration SO12HSZ Reference number 140**** on Final Reminder. Marlowe Shopping Centre 4/12/23. Rung Saturday 12/1/24 0333****009. They could not find the reference number, No letter of parking Charge was received by me as I had paid!!

Resolved: PROBLEMS WITH CHARGE IN KIOSK

On Thursday 1st February and Friday 2nd Februare I tried to pay my parking space some times with my debit card. It said Transaction cancelled those times, so I was forced to pay with my credit card. Now I can see that all my attemps where the kiosk said Transaction cancelled are shown in my future payments so a total of 112 (14 + 14 from the 1st and 84 for the 2nd Feb) is supposed to be charged in my bank account.

The car is 222D17623 and the parking is in St Augustine Street in Dublin, Ireland.

Can you verified that those payments are not going to be finally charged?

You can check that I also got two receipts to my email for the payments I did with the credit card but no receipts for the transaction cancelled ones.

The booking number is 3216****, but on January 19th, you have debited the same license plate from my bank card. A parking fee of £90 was posted to the card. The second booking number is 3222**** and the license plate number is also FD69WPY.

Booked& paid for a parking space sunday evening, got up monday to find YourParking had taken a second payment - havent even had the pleasure to park yet - have tried complaining via their system & whatsapp but no joy as yet - struggling to afford 2nd payment - anyone got any ideas? Wont be using again thats for sure!!

I parked and paid with redemption code the balance was zero. Upon coming home I received two text messages

Booking ID: 3029****

VRN: CN17UAY

Arrival: 15-11-2023 12:00

Departure: 15-11-2023 14:42

Booking Cost: £3.50

And

Booking ID: 3029****

VRN: CN17UAY

Arrival: 15-11-2023 12:00

Departure: 15-11-2023 14:42

Booking Cost: £1.30

Because of this I had to go back to clear the remaining balance but there was none.

This is a huge pity Ill review in independent websites for the experience, if this is not resolved immediately.

I only parked for less than an hour and had this bad experience.

Photos showing no balance to pay and security officer trying to help in vain attached.

Booked a parking space in Preston and didnt receive a confirmation email. Could only contact them via the Bot on WhatsApp. Got absolutely nowhere with it. Emailed them multiple times and no response. Had To book another space. Impossible to contact them.

Need receipts

I stayed at the Oxford Holiday Inn on the 27th and 28th Feb and paid £12 for parking each night. I have up to date not received a receipt and trying to contact these people is almost impossible, tried several times to get in touch and its not going to work, The company is called Your Parking Space and tel number is for whatsapp on 07418 36****, if you try to contact them on email you have to give an ID number, which isnt my name or reg number so who knows.

I will have to submit them both as unreceipted items and if anyone needs the copy of my payment to these guys I can send my bank statement.

Very poor service if you want to contact these people. It's almost as if they don't want anyone to contact them.
