On Wednesday, the 20th of May 2026, I arrived at the [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] in [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA]; the number is 12457.

The signs in the car park say free parking for 90 minutes. I was also visiting an elderly family member at [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA].

While in the hospital, I downloaded the app, signed up, etc., put in the location and my car details, and the app would not allow me to pay for my additional time; it kept saying the car park was full, and I was not able to make a payment.

If I do get a ticket, I will appeal it, as I have witnesses who saw that I couldn't go through on the app. I also have screenshots of the app; there will be details of me signing up to pay for my parking, but I was not able to complete it due to the app working inefficiently.

That is all I will say for now, but as I indicated earlier, I will not pay for any parking infringement and will fully reject and appeal any PCN parking ticket advice, etc., and I will be fully prepared to take it to an ombudsman or court or both.

Please advise.

Considering how long it took for you to contact me, this would have been impossible.

I contacted yourselves online before the alleged offence took place to inform you of a change to my three bookings, and your company failed to alter my booking, which I was unaware of. I have proof of my three bookings and will not be responsible for your failure.

I have parked on 11738 at 2:17 p.m. and ended the parking at 2:58 p.m., which is less than an hour.

But I paid that at the end of the parking.

But I saw that on the machine, I paid for the parking from the beginning. Is that an issue?

Rented my drive, bookings for last two months and not been paid a penny. Constantly coming up with excuses and ignoring my emails. Will be taking this to trading standards as they have committed fraud

Unaware of change to parking payment

I immediately paid when i realised this later, as payment methods had changed since my last visit, and paid from 17.20 until 21.30 so paid for far more time than I stayed as we left at 17.45.

So although the time frame is wrong, the amount paid was far more than the time waiting in the car park. Hopefully this is acceptable as there was a genuine mix up on my part.

I paid by phone one time, and you keep taking money from my account every time I park by Oaktree Medical Centre. Now I am disabled, so I should not pay at all. Reg EA56VFX.
