Verified ReviewerResolved: Unreasonable charging at a multi-story car park
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After contacting the car park owner, My parking space refunded the full charge. In addition the QR codes were removed.
I might but I will try to avoid them.
The QR code did say scan here for weekly parking, however once on the form, it appeared to be asking me what time I was leaving today. I therefore assumed that they would be only charged me for the time I had parked. I was wrong.
When I checked what I' had paid it was for the full week.
I contacted them via the app, their response was that the space I had paid for was specified by the owner a a weekly space. I asked as this was the case, could I return to the spot as often as I liked for a week, they said no.
To top things off, 25 mins prior to the time I'd put in as my exit time, they text to see if I'd like to extend my stay, for an extra charge!! I
I explained to them that it was a multi -storey car park with no space marked as a weekly spot. They basically said it was a weekly space commanding a weekly fee but you still have to specify when you are planning to leave. If you don't leave when you specify you will be charged more.
It makes no sense to me. A weekly space should be just that, expiring a week after you arrive.
It is a complete scam.
Yes, I should have checked the fee prior to confirming the booking, but why ask for a departure time if you are intending to charge for a week!! They passed the buck over to the space owner.
I've emailed the shopping center. It should be made clear that if you click on either the monthly or weekly QR codes, you will be charged a full month or week irrespective of the actual time you park.
Preferred solution: Make sure the pricing policy is clear

I couldn't contact the company online or by phone, nothing worked all details were incorrect, maybe because I'm in the uk?Only when I left bad reviews on pissed did I get contacted by the company and got a refund and account closure. Give a bad review and if the company cares about their reputation they will contact you.
Your parking space charged me for a car I haven't had for over two years.I have tried everything and cannot get hold of them-all the phone numbers are invalid and the emails won't send, all the online forms don't work.The contact with them is non existent it seems designed in a way to make communication impossible- on purpose!!There is NO customer service!
This company is impossible to get hold of or speak to. They took money from my bank today for a car I haven't had for over two years.
I'm trying to get a refund, but nothing is working as far as contact—the phone numbers are all invalid, and the online form doesn't work. Seems to me to have been designed to be deliberately evasive!

The company refunded me my original parking payment but are refusing to refund me the £40 extra I had to pay to park elsewhere
So far very poor
Booked a car parking space months in advance at the Premier Inn Newport for the Isle of Wight festival. Got a confirmation email days before.
Having spent over an hour in diversions to get to the car park, only to find that the car park is closed to the public as it's backstage in the festival! No access for the parking I had booked and paid for!
We then had to rejoin the diversion to park in the festival car park, which cost £40!!! And we had to walk a considerable distance with a bad back and torn cartilage.

Easy purchase but no refund when space cancelled by owner
This app is easy to use to find parking options but I purchased a months subscription to a space only to be told by the owner the incorrect price had been displayed so they cancelled the booking. I received an email from Your Parking Space to say refund would be in 5-10 working days but this was in September and I;m still waiting.
Have contacted the company via the contact sheet twice but no response. No customer services number to speak to a person and whatsapp is just an AI automated service which sends you back to the contact form, ultimately rather unhelpful.
Currently thinking I've lost my money and feel the whole system is a bit of a joke. Is it a scam?

Very poor service. Parking booked 2 months ago.
On visit, occupied by other cars now. My son has nowhere to park now as he shifted to university assuming parking is reserved. Under immense stress. On raising the matter to resolve the issue with the space owner, they have just processed the refund with no resolution for the space.
Never ever use them. They just absolve themselves of their responsibilities.

I booked my monthly parking space and paid. The parking space was set to be booked 2 months in advance.
I was given the contact details of the owner and instructions by email. I called the owner of this parking space, and she said she wasn't aware that this was still a thing. She then told me I did not have permission to use the space and that the space already had a vehicle in it.
She then said that she would cancel my booking and I should receive an immediate refund. I contacted your parking space via WhatsApp, but they refuse to answer me!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After much discussion they finally refunded in total.
Should have done it straight away away. Don’t give in.
Charged twice without notice. Only discovered when checking bank account.
Only one receipt received for one payment. Apparently, it is my fault because their system sometimes lags or has difficulty with internet connection. Well, I tried to book; it did not complete, so a minute later, I tried again and it completed.
So far, I have managed to get agreement for a refund of £5.00 but not the 75p booking fee. I believe their system is rigged in their favour to scam customers.

Rolling monthly payment issue
I am a monthly payer for the car park space at Tesco's Southbury Road, Enfield. I have missed my monthly payment and am trying to make that payment today. Can someone even advise me on how to do this, as I will need to use the space when I get home from work?

Resolved: Impossible to contact them.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I paid twice in error.
Problem with parking payment system. I have received one payment back but could still get a fine which I would have to appeal against. Don’t give up! They are very difficult to contact without a booking id which I didn’t have.
I made one up so they emailed to advise it didn’t match my email address so the refund was rejected. However, the following day they did contact me again.
I paid for parking but the invoice came back with the wrong car reg on it. To ensure I wasnt fined I paid again, the same thing happened.
I definitely typed the correct one in so it is their error.
I have no booking id as it was a public car park so it is impossible to contact them online. Useless!
