Verified ReviewerI forgot to pay for parking at the Hampstead Premier Travel Inn when leaving.
No phone number, 4 day deal in responding to an email communication. I was happy to pay for my mistake i.e exit today rather than last Saturday but there is no post pay option.

Hi David,
Thank you for contacting YourParkingSpace, we hope this email finds you well.
We apologise for the late response. We understand that you would like to make a payment for your stay at Premier Inn Hampstead.
Upon review, this location does not allow post-pay bookings. Unfortunately, we have not been able to create a booking in the past as this breaches our payment provider agreement with our commercial partners who operate and enforce the car park.
All bookings via YourParkingSpace feed automatically through to the onsite enforcement companies.
These payments are date and time stamped to ensure any Parking Charge Notice (PCN) issued by the onsite enforcement company is correct. As you can imagine, the strict protocols enforcement companies have to follow offers us no room to bring flexibility to drivers who innocently forget to pay at location where we are the payment provider.
It might be helpful to note that car parks throughout the UK must be clearly signposted with Terms and Conditions.
If you believe the terms of use were not clear, you can of course appeal to the enforcement company should you receive a Parking Charge Notice for non-payment.
Should a PCN be issued to you for breaching the terms of the car park, you will be required to appeal this directly with the issuing authority, as YourParkingSpace will be unable to provide a valid parking session for the date/time of the breach.

I solved the problem by having my Co Director actually visit the car park today and close the booking using the on site machine. WHAT A FARCE.

Even the info@***.co.uk email replies saying your message has not been received. Tried to book and cancel but could not, no response. I would avoid this company as much as possible.

Resolved: You charged me twice
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They were a nightmare, but I just kept emailing and eventually got the refund.
I was charged twice for my parking space today and no means of speaking to someone as I need a refund asap

I need help I have paid for parking at security car park Manchester for tomorrow but not received a confirmation or booking number - have I been scammed!!!
Do not touch this company if you have a problem you cannot deal to anyone. I have tried emailing and no one is helping me - shocking service. Can someone please help.

There is no way of contacting this company via phone. They use an online contact form and then never responde.. They make mistakes and ignore you.

Verified ReviewerTerrible UX, no contact number. Cancelled my reservation at short notice.
Cancelled my reservation at short notice. When I logged in to the app, there was no record of my booking even though I have an email from them with a reservation number.
The advice from their chat was to make sure I log in using the same email account.
Of course I did that. I think that they cancelled the resevration as there is building work blocking access to the car park.
However, they still took my money and as they are impossible to contact by phone, and they don't respond to chat messages, I have no way of claiming a refund. Terrible UX I will never use them again and advise everyone to avoid them like the plague.

I paid paid for my parking today at Premier Inn Edgware at 11 am - however after I left i had a message to say the payment did not go through. Can I pay again now? I will be back at Premier inn this evening again.
Scam no customer service
Sooo pissed Ive booked a spot in Manchester did everything they charge me £13.80 after fill out the application i didnt receive any confirmation email Ive tried to call customer support but they referred me to a live chat (robot) very useless. Ive emailed several times no one replied so far and my money is gone. This was absolutely a joke and scam.

I had done payment manually on 15 th of this month due my parking permitted had been complete on 15 so I had make an payment manually on 15th from starting date 16 but again I had done payment by direct debit can you check it once
